7 Fabulous Beyond Birthdays Cartridge Tips – Cricut Essentials
Celebrate birthdays and all of life’s pleasures with the Beyond Birthdays Cricut Cartridge. Here are 7 tips on using the Cartridge to create personalized one-of-a-kind cards that your loved ones will always remember:
1. Sometimes, simpler is better. I know the Cartridge has so much to offer and we all want to craft bigger and better cards, but the Cartridge also has a simpler purpose. Personalize your cards with the easy-to-follow directions.
2. You can also use Cricut for your own birthday – have you thought about inviting guests with your special, personalized Cricut invitation cards?
3. Show love and affection. Don’t wait for a birthday, Christmas or another celebration. You can design heart-warming cards that say “I Love You” or “My Friend”. Your loved ones will be very surprised in a positive way by your gifts.
4. "It's a girl!" - Is there a better way to announce that you have had a baby than sending these cute little cards to your friends and family?
5. Next time you want to buy Cricut tools, think about getting a Cricut software or a great manual for it. The Design Studio for example will help you to save lots of time: You can incorporate shapes from different cartridges.
6. Use the software to transform and manipulate shapes and letters. Often we already know what the card should look like but something is just not right about our results. Something is too big, small, thin or wide… With the Design Studio you can stretch, shrink and freely manipulate every shape and all the letters.
7. You can save a tremendous amount of time and paper by connecting the letters and cut them in one go. That’s also possible using the Cricut software I mentioned above. Why should you cut one letter after another if you can do it much faster? Especially if you can save some paper by the way.
Those are my 7 tips on how to use the Beyond Birthday Cartridge and Cricut software to create more pretty artwork. It’s definitely one of my favorite Cricut essentials.
